Zhejiang Xinbo Baby & Juvenile Products Co., Ltd. is a professional OEM&ODM manufacturing factory specializes in R&D and production of baby safety gates, pet safety gate, bed rail and playpen. We located in Zhongguan Industrial Zone Deqing County. Our factory is 140 kilometers away from Shanghai and 160 kilometers away from Ningbo and we are near to Hangzhou-Ningbo highway. The transportation is very convenient.

Zhejiang Xinbo Baby & Juvenile Products Co., Ltd. was invested total USD$85 million and we will build up a manufactory of baby safety products with annual output of 3 million units. At present, the 1st stage was invested USD$50 million. We have set up a factory which covers 20000 square meters. There are 5 workshops including plastic injection、hardware (tube cutting & punching)、metal welding、powder coating and assembly. We have the most advanced equipment to ensure our production is highly efficient. They are 25 sets TEDERIC® plastic injection machines produced by Germany technology, 4 sets automatic tube cutting machines produced by Taiwan technology, 10 sets advanced punching machines, 6 sets OTC® automatic welding machines imported from Japan, 2 sets automatic welding machines designed by ourselves and 1 set WAGNER® automatic powder coating line imported from Germany. We have 3 sets assembly lines with total daily capacity of 6000 units. The annual output of 1st stage is 1.5 million units.

Zhejiang Xinbo Baby & Juvenile Products Co., Ltd. has spent USD$350,000 to establish fully furnished, well-equipped physics laboratory and chemical analysis laboratory, which are completely conform to European and American standards. The physics laboratory can be conducted physical performance test in accordance with the EU and American safety requirements like ASTMF963a, ASTMF1004, EN71, and EN193 etc. The chemical analysis laboratory is equipped with heavy metal analyzer and Phthalate analyzer. At the same time, all products must pass the third party (SGS/ITS/BV) testing which will further validate and ensure our product’s safety and reliability.
